Italian woman gets six doses of Pfizer vaccine in error

 After getting six doses of the Pfizer vaccine erroneously, AGI News Agency published Monday that a 23-year- old Italian woman was observed in a hospital in Tuscany.Just after the injection on Sunday, AGI confirmed the woman was in good health after obtaining fluids and paracetamol.
